The maths on multi-account LinkedIn vs single outreach.
10 accounts vs 1, same hours, same ICP. The pipeline delta over 90 days is the reason we built our whole USP around this.
LinkedIn caps connection requests at roughly 100 per week per account. It's been that way since 2021 when LinkedIn tightened the reins on Sales Navigator too. You can argue with it. You can get creative. You can also get your account restricted, which sets you back a week and scares every agency into under-sending after.
The cap is the ceiling. If your entire outbound strategy runs through one account (yours, usually), your ceiling is ~100 connection requests per week. Before anyone accepts. Before anyone replies. Before anyone books.
Do the maths
Take a recruitment agency running outbound through a single founder profile. 100 requests/week. 35% acceptance is a reasonable portfolio average (our 2025 data). 25% of those respond to a follow-up DM. That's roughly 9 real conversations per week, or 29 per 90 days.
Now run the same maths on 10 LT-owned accounts, each sending 100 requests per week within platform limits, all targeting your ICP. Same acceptance and reply rates. You're at 288 conversations per 90 days. That's the entire difference between BD being a bottleneck and BD being the thing your agency is known for.
| Accounts | Requests sent | Connections | DM replies |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1,200 | 420 | 105 |
| 3 | 3,600 | 1,260 | 315 |
| 5 | 6,000 | 2,100 | 525 |
| 10 | 12,000 | 4,200 | 1,050 |
The bit every single-account agency gets wrong
The instinct when results are slow is to push harder on the one account you've got. Send more requests. Send sooner. Follow up faster. All three of those moves raise your flag risk with LinkedIn and tank your profile score. The right answer isn't louder. It's more parallel pipes.
“One account under pressure looks spammy. Ten accounts at platform-compliant volume looks like normal business.”
- Each account is aged (90+ days of natural activity before we use it for outbound)
- Each account runs on a residential proxy, consistent IP, same device fingerprint
- Each account stays under 100 new requests/week, which is LinkedIn's own posted limit
- All 10 target a slightly different cut of the same ICP, so there's no overlap
Why you can't build this overnight
Agencies try to replicate this in-house and stall. Buying aged profiles is a minefield. Warming 10 accounts from zero takes 2 to 3 months. Running them compliantly takes operational discipline most agencies can't staff for. Our whole business is that we already have the infrastructure built and warmed. You get it on day 1.
